• The statistics below are reasons why I became a trainer. I want to do my part and help who I can, where ever I can. The more lives that I can have a positive impact in the happier I am.

Being this passionate about the fitness industry is really good for people,

    • first you get to come see someone who is always happy about seeing you,
    • second I as a trainer get share my knowledge with you so that we can succeed as a person on the same path to a single or multiple goals.

The statics show also how dependent we have become on new inventions.

Back in the days of Castles and knights women ate anywhere from am estimated 3500-4500 calories a day because of their activity levels; Now women gain weight on 1600 calories, insane? I think so. My job is to take a person fill them with knowledge and teach them what supplements they need to take, how to take them, and why are they taking them.

What kinds of foods are good for you? Do I get to eat various things? How many calories should I intake and how do I keep track of them? What it comes down to is that I just want to help.
